My clients become better versions of themselves through my informative sessions, meal plans and plant-based nutritional advice. My corporate wellness days also enable companies to inspire their teams towards more nutritious eating habits.
With consultation rooms across Cape Town and online sessions available, I offer detailed, comprehensive recommendations and an individualised approach to your dietary journey. I rely on my BSc Honours degree from the University of Cape Town and ongoing specialised training from recognised institutions to deliver the latest medical guidance in every session.

Tessa Hille’s story
a health journey
My admiration for Dietetics started at a young age when I had to make drastic changes to my dietary patterns to treat a bout of allergies. This showed me the power of healthier eating and led me to become a dietitian. After working in different medical environments, including ICU medical wards, I launched my private practice in 2018.
Since then, I’ve been able to use my knowledge of nutrition every single day to change the lives of others. I’ve also done cooking demonstrations, hosted small retreats and featured on the Espresso show on SABC 3.

Research has proven that adding more plants to your meals lowers your risk of chronic disease or helps manage these conditions. Being more plant-focused has changed my life on many levels, from more energy to improved digestion, weight management and even clearer skin.
