Nutritional assessments

 

Includes Anthropometric (using an InBody 120 body composition scale), Biochemistry, Clinical, Medical and Dietary assessments. Blood tests may be required. Your medical and dietary history and any symptoms or health issues will be discussed.

Lifestyle advice and changes

Includes identification of a unique dietary approach to help you reach your goals. You’ll receive up-to-date nutritional information, practical advice and tools to achieve realistic short and long-term changes. 

Chronic disease management

Includes evidence-based dietary interventions to prevent, treat and manage life-threatening and disabling diseases such as anaemia, diabetes mellitus, heart disease, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, gut health disorders and obesity. 

Chronic pain management
